1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing the gt500 website at gt500.bet, registering an account, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy us.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the gt500 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gt500 as the platform operator. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the gt500 platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. gt500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, lent, or shared with any other party without prior written consent from gt500.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date through your profile settings.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
Gt500 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact gt500 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Gt500 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

As a gt500 platform user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:

Using automation software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the gt500 gaming system.
Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or unauthorised collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial transactions.
Accessing the platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or any other method to conceal your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
Distributing offensive, threatening, or harmful content that infringes on the rights of other users through any communication channel on the platform.

Gt500 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of balance, upon confirmation of any of the above violations. gt500's decision in such matters is final.

User Eligibility

The gt500 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or subject to limits imposed by the relevant authorities
Register using your real identity and not on behalf of another person

4. Payment & Transaction Information

Deposit

All deposits on the gt500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). gt500 accepts deposits via local payment methods listed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposited funds may only be used for wagering activities within the platform.
Gt500 does not accept cash or cheque deposits. All transactions must be made through supported digital channels.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification level.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are processed in MYR to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completed identity verification.

Gt500 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or any amount exceeding a specified limit.
Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms may be deducted or reversed without notice.
Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method and internal review requirements.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Gt500 Limitation of Liability

Gt500 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. gt500's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that account at the time of the incident.

Account Suspension & Closure

Gt500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering has been detected.
Account information found to be inaccurate or falsified during the verification process.
Required by a competent authority or for legal compliance purposes.

Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting gt500 customer support. Any eligible balance will be refunded subject to a final account review.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at gt500 are subject to separate rollover requirements and claim periods. Specific terms for each promotion are displayed on the respective promotion page.

Bonuses cannot be converted to cash unless the rollover requirements have been fully met.
Gt500 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any misuse is detected.
Any dispute relating to bonuses must be submitted within 30 days of the date the issue occurred.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the gt500 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trade names — is the exclusive intellectual property of gt500 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from gt500. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The gt500 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. gt500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms of those respective parties.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Gt500 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes will be resolved through the designated channels.
